This book is a must have for anyone working in the Testing field. It provides information about test planning, design development, administration, and security. It also goes into the psychometrics of testing (e.g. measures of validity and reliability). It is not exactly fun or easy reading, but it is useful.

Good for an in-depth review of validity, reliability, etc. I have only read a few paragraphs here and there though, so this is not the best review (I'm reading this for a class).
