The Stand Easy Chair Lift retrofits to the base of a persons existing rocker recliner. This patented device provides a safe 5-6 biomechanical advantage to the user when getting into the standing position. At all other time the chair is elevated a safe 1.75 inches. This product is safe and effective. It does not interfere with the chairs rocking or reclining and does not void any manufacture's warranties. Stand Easy installs quickly and easily. The on line description of this item does not adequately describe the chair legs that this item will work with. This item didn't work with the Lazy Boy recliner that I have.

I gave these a chance even tho for the price I didn't think they could help much. I was very pleasantly surprised. For such a small inexpensive item they have made a lot of difference for me. I can get up without having to call someone to pull me up. I don't feel so much like a burden to everyone if I need to get up now.

I'm 6'3", and these risers raised my recliner just enough to make it much easier to get in and out of the recliner after hip resurfacing surgery. Basically turns your recliner into a hip chair. Well worth it.
