This is a very well-made tray and it is heavy. My dad uses this tray every day and it fits the recliner he uses; the slide trays do not work on this particular recliner. I do wish you could adjust it up or down slightly, but you can't. However, the height is okay for him. We don't move the tray because it is heavy, but someone with a little more strength could move it easily. A little expensive until you lift it out of the box...it will last a lifetime and then some!!! Great product!!!
