if you ever liked the smoking popes, josh and crew come back with some kickass new material. the recordings are phenominal, super clean, great production, and the songs, they rock. josh offers spiritual healing and advice through his faith. smoking popes fans, buy this one. you will absolutely love it. by the way, great show at the metro on dec. 11th. look for them to tour east to west coasts this spring. we want more and i know we will see some great things happening to these guys. josh, we stand with you in your faith.

This EP lives up to every Smoking Popes fan expectations. We were all left with an empty feeling inside when the group split, but this newly reformed team brings the same passion and emotion to the table we have grown to know and love.

Josh's voice makes me smile. Somehow this CD made me love him even more. If you like the Smoking Popes, you'd probably like this too. The songs are very upbeat and positive sounding.

If you've ever heard of Smoking Popes, buy this CD. If you listen to any of the tracks, buy this CD. Josh has a talent that needs to be heard. Duvall's music grows on you the more you listen to them. If you ever get the chance to see them live, do yourself a favor and go.

I'd have to say that this albumn is one of my favorites. Not only am I a huge Duvall/Josh Caterer fan, my husband and I had a Josh Caterer song played at our wedding ("I Know That You Love Me", and no, we weren't talking about our love for each other, but rather God's love for us. We love because God first loved us, was the point we were trying to make). Although this albumn is reminicent of The Smoking Popes' work, it is obviously a clean break from the lyrical stand point. Josh no longer hides his Christianity behind his lyrics, he boldly steps out and lays claim to his faith. The music is clever and expertly played by John Sewell, Mike Felumlee, and Josh Caterer. We were sad to see that Josh's brothers were not included, but hope that one day they may yet reunite. Excellent music, and truely a must have.

i got this cd a few days after it came out. i still listen to it often
this is the best cd i have ever heard. duvall is the best band ever.
