We purchased two of these (one for regular, one for decaf) in preparation for a family reunion. They worked beautifully, keeping coffee hot for hours. They are attractive, durable, easy to use and clean. Our guests readily learned to operate the simple lever dispensing mechanism on the top of each unit. We've always been very happy with Stanley products.
