I've used Stanley screwdrivers for years and never had any issues. They are inexpensive and reliable but still made in the USA. They are easy to use, fit screws easily, and I have never broken one despite putting them through some abuse. The handles fit easily in your hand and the varying lengths accommodate any need you should have. This set is no exception, and has performed admirably for several years now. The short handled screwdrivers are particularly useful for tight spots, though I tend to lose mine over time. Keep in mind it is only a 10 piece set, so you might want more screwdrivers if you are just getting started. If you don't use screwdrivers very often, 10 should be plenty for you.

Based on some of the other reviews here, it seems some people don't' know how to use a screwdriver (if that's possible) or just don't like Stanley. Either way, don't let their reviews scare you off from a great product.

With most tool company's quality still headed downhill, Stanley is a company you can depend on for pretty reliable tools at a fair price.

I am TDY to Aghanistan and needed a set of screwdrivers that I would not mind loosing or leaving behind when I leave. These fit the bill perfectly.

The set arrived quickly (especially being sent APO).

I have no complaints. Except that it is damn hot over here, and the news people are just waiting for somebody to die so they can have a story to print (they are not like Ernie Pyle).

These are some of the worst screwdrivers I have ever used. The Phillips tips don't seem to fit anything, and are quickly ruined. The flat tips twist under very little pressure.

I've owned them for about a week with moderate use and I don't see any issue with them. I feel as if other brands have better ergonomics, but these get the job done. No problems so far, I would recommend!

To tell the truth it is very difficult to find good tools these days but this set is working fine. A hint: don't purchase screwdrivers with clear plastic before the steel, they break every time. This set is worth buying.

The screwdriver tips broke on each standard screwdriver the first time I used them to install a screw. The screwdrivers are useless for any tight screw.

I've owned these Stanley screwdrivers for years and haven't had any issues with them. I work with computers and for opening computer cases and light household work, they do just fine. That said, I wouldn't use them in any truly demanding environment (such as auto work).

The other reviewers may have a point. The may break if they've changed the manufacturing process in the last five years.

The screwdrivers are decent quality but it ends there. The size is not listed on the individual screwdrivers. It is listed on the cardboard backing that doesn't connect to anything, including the "storage rack." The storage rack is really just the packaging to ship the screw drivers, when you open it to take one out, they all fall out. It is cheap, crappy plastic and it should be considered fraud to call this a storage rack. The sizes of the screwdrivers not being listed is pretty irritating and could make them difficult to use.
