The tape rule features a 1-inch-wide blade coated with Mylar polyester film for added durability, with a stand-out of 7 feet. The blade includes 16-inch and 19.2-inch stud center markings for framing purposes. It includes a heat-treated spring for longer life and a positive blade lock, as well as a belt clip.
The 99 Retractable Utility Knife has a 6-inch handle, featuring an Interlock nose which holds the blade securely. It features a multi-position blade slide.

Review is for the 25-foot rule only. Construction quality is fine. My disappointment is with the features. Lacks measurements on the underside of the tape; should have upper as well as lower lip at tip; and magnet at tip. All useful and available from other manufactures at similar price.
