pure awesome,
This review is from: Stanley FatMax Xtreme 55-120 FuBar III (Tools & Home Improvement)
i was surfing the web one day when i came across this glorious tool. i knew immediately that i had to have one. i waited a few days, calling around to local hardware stores to see if they carried it. unfortunately i could only find its smaller brothers. they were not for me, i needed the full size tool of destruction. so i looked online and amazon had the best price (plus i got free shipping!!!). i bought it and it arrived. i took it out and checked it out. pure awesomeness. i took it around with me. showed everyone i knew. they were all jealous of me for having something so awesome.
my buddy calls me one day and asks me to come over and help him take down the shed out behind his house. i go over there, fubar in hand, and i start destroying the thing. there is nothing so satisfying, as smashing things up. and this is definitely the tool to do it. i had half the thing down before my friend even got started. i give this thing 5 stars. because it does exactly what its supposed to do. and it is perfect at what it does. so whether you're looking to demolish something...or you're getting weapons togeather for the zombie appocalypse...this tool is for you.

Perfect tool for the zombie apocalypse,

A hammer for skull-bashing? Wrenches for utility and salvaging from abandoned areas? A crowbar for prying boarded-up windows for shelter from the herds? What more could you ask for in a tool to help you survive the zombie apocalypse?
A blade and bullets. That's what. And that's why this only got four stars from me. But at least this lightens my load from eight tools to one extremely impressive, handy weapon. The only other thing is that this is a pretty long and hefty item, so if you need to, you could use one of the shorter ones. I prefer this while I still have the strength to carry it, and it offers more weight behind a swing of the sledgehammer to smash zombie heads. You'll need lots more practice than if you were to use a shorter FuBar, though.

The ultimate hand demolition tool,

This is great for making quick work of the demolition phase of remodelling projects. Easy to control in the right hands. For some, it almost encourages them to get too vigorous so you definitely want to supervise whoever you let use it.

Overall a great tool to add to the kit. It could use some type of sling attachment for easier transport as lugging this thing around can become a bit tiresome. It is designed and weighted well for all uses and provides a superior level of destruction than most any other hand tool.

I have had this tool in my semi truck for several months. I find myself using it nearly every other day to do various tasks at work. From hammering a piece of rebar that was sticking up in the parking lot, to getting extra leverage in turning a container lock, to levering a semi truck tire in place, to lifting a 20fopt cargo container a half inch to align it with the trailer lock, it does it all.
I originally got this tool to use at work where there is no ambulance service or jaws of life. I now find this tool more useful than the ordinary crowbar it replaced.

This bar is great for anything, bending breaking prying...its awsome. The one benefit they fail to mention is the fact that it has a built in hydrant wrench. The rubber grips on it also seem to be fire resistant or fire proof.

I bought this because of the other great reviews and I couldn't be happier. I use this tool on everything from demolition derby cars to home improvement.

Like some other reviewers, I saw the Fubar Xtreme online and had to have it.
A few days after I got it, I had some 12'x10'x10' wooden crates to open up. They were no match for the Fubar - it opened them like a pop can, a lot better than the prybars and sledges I've used in the past. I also tore down some 2x4 framing at a friend's house - it knocked everything down instantly. My coworkers were all impressed - one even wanted one just to hang on his garage wall because it was cool. This is a functional big piece of steel. If you need one it'll do it.

I had two reasons for purchasing this sledge size fubar:
1 - genuine deconstruction for remodeling. 2 - the intimidation factor when friends and relatives ask me to "help" (which is usually me doing the work and them assisting) with repairs and upgrades. This giant fubar is a winner on both counts! If you want a big, heavy demolition tool this is it. The only nit to pick is that the pry fork on the end of the handle could be dangerous to unwary users. Otherwise, this tool is built to work hard and possibly last several lifetimes.

The Fubar III is an amazing tool! I was looking for a wrecking bar with more versatility than a standard crow bar or sledge hammer & this baby definitely fit the bill. Its a very solid tool with a nice balance to it & its not excessively heavy which cuts down on fatigue. Originally I was interested in the Stanley Forcible Entry model but decided on this one since it seemed to be very similar. I'm happy to report that it does in fact share many of the same features like the gas shut off, hydrant wrench, spanner wrench, and best of all it costs a lot less.
