I got this tray to carry breakfast dishes up to the 2d floor and it does the job very well, indeed. It's the size of a X-Large pizza pan allowing me to easily carry my usual array of: Bowl of oatmeal, glass of OJ, glass of ice water, & a large cup of coffee. I like the non-skid surface which forgives the sometimes off kilter carry up the stairs. A very good deal and value for the money.
