The fabric costume itself is good quality, but the plastic helmet and chest piece broke easily because they are so eggshell flimsy. The velcro pieces that hold the visor would not stay glued (before the costume was even worn.) My child wore these things once and they were ruined. CHEAP.

We just got the costume today and it's perfect. My son loves it! I do agree with previous reviews that the jumpsuit is really well made and the chest piece/helmet is delicate. I read one review about the feet being put on backwards, they aren't they just put the costume on the child backwards. That was their mistake not the costume makers! Overall I think this is a great costume for any Star Wars fan!

Compared to the ARF trooper, this costume blows it out of the water. The flight suit, straps, and white chest padding are all really nice. The helmet and chest switch box are lightweight plastic for the most part, but will hold up during its use as long as the kid is not pulling it apart all of the time. You might want to add a little bit of glue behind the velcro on the helmet, they are only held on by the rivets and can sometimes pop off. We purchased this so that my son could wear it for Dragon*Con this year. His clothing size is a 6-7, and the small was just too small for him, we had to exchange to a medium. Most people at the Convention in fact didn't even realize it was a Rubies item until I told them so. (Google Dragon*Con, you will love it and the pics!!)

Jumpsuit is nice; Helmet and Chest Box are HORRIBLE
My son was so happy to find this costume on Amazon. I went ahead and ordered it. Upon opening the box, we could see the Chest Box was cracked though it was still functional. Read more
