good toy for the price
The sword telescopes in, for storage (which is essential), but it will also telescope (shorten) while playing, which is a bit of a pain. We also had one break off, but that was after some months of abuse, so I guess that's ok. My son loves it, but does complain that it "gets short" while playing with it, and he doesn't like that. this toy is great for the first couple of hrs but it cannot sustain a kids imagination. After a while they get tired of "Flicking" the saber to life and use it just like a stick.
But its still joy, esp. given the low costs.

This Light Saber does not light up. There isn't a spot for a battery - no light bulb - nothing. It's great other than that - but a lightsaber without light is just a saber!!! I could be missing something. . .
