Everything is true. This mop really changed my life!!! Very light, adjustable height, no backache. The cleaning is very efficient (it's amazing what this thing can pick up!), with no dust flying around. I use it dry on my hardwood floors: cleaning is better, easier, and quicker than with my vacuum cleaner. I also use it wet in the kitchen with detergent and find it much easier to use than my old mop + bucket set!

The pads can be cleaned under water or, better, in the washing machine. Very convenient. I recommend to get a refill pad in the same time so you'll always have one pad ready to use.

I love this mop. Don't bother using swiffers and knock offs. You are wasting your money for supplies. With this product when you are finishing mopping, throw it into your washing machine. It's easy to use on my tile floors in Florida and does a great job. Order extras for a backup.

This is a great mop. I bought it a few years ago along with several fibers tops. My husband tripped on it and broke it so I'm looking for a replacement part or a new one. I love the adjustable handle and swivel head. Simply throw it in the wash and put on a clean one. No more wasting money on refills from the store.

I bought this mop to replace a sponge mop and bucket for everyday or weekly cleaning of my wood laminate floors. I have two young children and a dog and needed something quick and easy. This is it. I just use diluted vinegar in a spray bottle and mop section by section. The pads pick up a lot of dirt,dust, and dog hair and hold on to it. The mop is easy to move across the floor,unlike other microfiber mops I have tried. They wash easy and dry fast. Nothing else gets my floors as clean. No more changing the bucket water frequently. I just change the pad and keep mopping. I give only four stars because the handle does come unscrewed as you mop but is not that bothersome and may be my technique. Overall, good buy.

I love this mop. Very easy to use, works good. The only negative is that you have to constantly tighten it as you mop because the head wants to come unscrewed.

I am getting ready to order my third Star Mop set. I have one for my house in Florida, one for my house in Ohio, and now am ordering a third set for my new house that I am slowly moving into in Ohio. I have left my second mop set at my other house, where I am going to have to clean it after we move all the furniture out, but in the meantime, I also need one for the house I am moving into in order to clean that as well. I have to have one everywhere I am. You get so spoiled using these mops that no other mop will do! Cleans great, maneuvers great, easy clean up... no streaks. What more could anybody want in a mop??? I just LOVE them!!!

I may just order a fourth set for my Office.

There's nothing more disgusting to me than having to handle a dirty mop head--either to wring it out or even use it to "clean" the floor. I love the star mop because I always start with a clean pad and I don't have to handle the dirty pads other than to drop them in the washing machine.

This is extremely economical to use. We have 4 pads. We use two for the kitchen and one for each of the bathrooms--that's all the uncarpeted floors we have. We use orange spray we mix ourselves from concentrate on our vinyl floors and they look great (smell nice too!). Then all goes into the washing machine and comes out clean for the next round. We've been using the same pads for years (we can't FIND two of them--dryer fairies?, hence I need to order more). That makes it much more economical than any of the disposable products you can buy, and but it's just as clean as starting with a disposable every time.

Hint: If you have a shedding pet, it's best to vacuum or sweep first as the mop will be clogged on the first pass otherwise. But for actual floor cleaning, the star mop can't be beaten.

I have been through every kind of mop imaginable and finally found one that I love! I have hardwood floors and tile throughout the house and have been frustrated with previous mops. They leave streaks or simply do not clean the floors well-This mop does it all and the drying time is cut in half! I do recommend buying extra pads-very convenient to throw the dirty one in the laundry and have a spare handy. Great mop-I recommend it to anyone who has lots of hardwood or tile!

this product works good for cleaning the tiles with out having to deal with a mop and bucket.

This is the best mop I've ever used. I especially like the telescoping pole. It helps me not to hurt my back. I love that I can throw these in the washer and with the extra one it comes with, I always have a clean one. My kit also came with a hanging bracket for the wall. Unfortuately, my husband tripped in it and broke the swivel part on the mop so I need another. I'm glad to find it here.
