This bike is great for home, but the noise the fly wheel makes is ridiculous! And this is a replacement bike!! So even though I'm pleased with the bike itself, the noise drives me mad and I would recommend looking around before settling on this bike.

My husband and I purchased this two months ago and today the pedal breaks while he was on the bike! Wow what a hazard!!! The pedals were coming apart at the straps about a month ago and we had to tape it, but we didn't expect the pedal to fly clean off!!! The bike itself is pretty durable, and we love the videos, they're great. And the seat is awesome, not the typical uncomfy seats on spin bikes. If you purchase this bike be watchful of the pedals.

I have bought many items from Amazon and I am usually content with their service. However, I have now ordered this bike twice. Both times is was damaged, never delivered and no one ever called to alert me. Clearly, they are not capable of shipping this bike. I will freely admit that they credited my account for the charge. However, I want this bike and the fact that no one can pick up the phone and call me when it is damaged is ridiculous. They do not re-ship...you have to get back online and reorder after your account is credited. So, basically I've been trying to buy this bike for a month now. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!
