This is an original production cel that was produced for Star Trek The Animated Series. It's also unique in that it's a "blooper cel" because the colorist painted Captain Kirk's shirt blue rather than "Command Gold" (or whatever the correct Star Fleet term for the color is!). So this cel was (obviously) never used for production. Consider it a "deleted" scene for the blooper reel.
