I still believe this is the best Star Trek compilation album out.It captures the best moments from Jerry Goldsmith's, James Horner's, and Leonard Rosenman's wonderful scores. The only track that could be said to be missing from this collection is the Klingon Battle from ST:TMP, but it is a small oversight. The recordings are from the original film soundtracks, not re-recordings like the Cincinatti Pops "Symphonic Star Trek". If you can find it, definitely include it in your music library.

These are reworked samples from the movies and TV series. One of the best of its kind. I highly recommend this. Very faithful to the original compositions and some really interesting combinations and reimagining. Not a weak moment on the disc.
