Purchased this shirt for my father in law. He is difficult to buy for, never wants anything..but he is the most generous of all. When I saw this shirt I knew he would LOVE it for many reasons. 1. Multi generational star trek fanatics who I have no doubt will all want one. 2. It's the Captains color, and we all know there's only 1 Captain Kirk and he's got it. Everyone else will have to pick another color. Sure to bring a huge smile to any Star Trek lover!

This is an officially-licensed and tagged Star Trek shirt, which means its command gold color is the same as official canon. Shirt's fabric is thick and strong -- it'll stand up to many washings just fine. My only gripe is that the actual insignia is black and white; I'm sure I'll be viewed as a purist for this, but it should be silver (or grey) instead of white. Very minor gripe, however.
