Chief O'Brian was the Enterprise-D's Transporter Chief for many years, then transfered to Deep Space Nine until it's series finale and now he's an action figure. He comes with a collectible card, a Type II Phaser, Engineering kit, Laser Drill and Fire Extinguisher (never know when plastic will catch fire :P ). Mine came in-in excellent condition and looks great! If your a fan of both The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine or a Miles O'Brian fan then this figure is for you.
