I purchased this game for the PC recently and boy was I disappointed. The keyboard controls need a major overhaul. Most of the time they work very slowly or not at all. Additionally, the user guide that comes with the software was very inadequate. It did not provide much in the way of details for users of the software. I went to the publisher's site and downloaded the patch hoping that would make a difference. Well that turned out to be a waste of time because it made no difference to the controls. All in all it appears that this game was rushed to the market without extensive testing. Bethesda did a lousy job and if it were possible I would demand a refund. They owe it to the customers to make every effort to fix the bugs in this game. By the way the game that I received from this seller was in the original package and not the one pictured here on the website. I was hoping that the updated packaging was a sign that the publisher had addressed some of the issues with this software.
