Product Description

Produced by the Franklin Mint in 1994. Extremely Limited production run. Scarce Star Trek chess set in high collectible demand. Approximate height of assembled chess set is 14 inches tall. This set was never produced for retail sales, but rather was a direct mail order only. Consequently, it was not produced with any retail packaging. The styrofoam insert was placed directly into a shipping box which was then mailed to the customer.

My husband loves it. It's a little pricey, but worth it. Now I have to learn to play chess. Oh well...

My boyfriend's family and I bought this for him for Christmas. We couldn't resist and we immediately gave it to him. He's in love with it and so am I. It's a very valuable item and his family is absolutely obsessed with star trek. The price is not the best thing in the world, but the expression on my boyfriend's face when he saw this amazing product is just absolutely priceless. I would recommend to anyone with 5 stars :)

My biggest beef is the price for this is ridiculous. I mean really nobody can make this at a reasonable price.
