5.0 out of 5 stars Grievous Force Battler
What a fun toy! This toy will entertain small and big kids. The sabers all fit in his hands, the grappling hook gun really works, and the force battleing action also works. I'm impressed. More importantly, my son (5 years) is impressed. This is a great toy for adult collectors with young children who want to play with their kids but not the collectible toys. A shade more...

3.0 out of 5 stars Nmmm... Not for me.
OK. Heres the deal. I got this a while back to play with my brothers 12" anakin and clone. The arms could split, 4 sabers, cool. But it got quickly replaced by the 12" Grievous, and I looked at this one, and laughed. This one can be broken easily, the sabers aint the best, and the detail isnt the same. This one is reccomended for youngins, but the 12 inch is better for...

More importantly, my son (5 years) is impressed. This is a great toy for adult collectors with young children who want to play with their kids but not the collectible toys. A shade more expensive than the 3" figures but the kids can really grab 'em, play with them, and have fun.

4.0 out of 5 stars Commander Cuddles, June 13, 2005

In spite of being a not-too-friendly droid guy, General Grievous is actually kind of cute in this cartoonish action figure.

This Grievous is pretty impressive. The details on him are a bit simple, but work very well. He has absoloutly no trouble standing up (due to his massive feet).

Grievous's action feature is a four arm lightsaber attack. Squeeze his legs, and he raises all of his arms, making him look rather intimidating. He has four lightsabers (2 green and 2 blue) that can be put in his hands seperatly, or they can be connected to make 2 double bladed sabers.

He also comes with a grappling hook (why is it always a grappling hook?). I don't use it, but it seems to fire pretty well, and Grievious grips it fairly well.

Overall, this is a pretty good Grievous figure thats suitible for younger kids, because this fearsome droid general is actually kind of cute.

3.0 out of 5 stars hands too soft, August 2, 2005

I got this toy for my 11th birthday and I was very happy but after 2 hours the hands stretched wider(the hands were made of soft rubber stuff) so now the gun and the lightsabers just slip right though his hands. I don't know if I got a bad one or if it the same with everyone's.
