4.0 out of 5 stars Another Jedi! Oh yeah! Ki-adi-mundi!
A great Star Wars figure. Perfectly resembles the real guy, the only one of the down sides are the lack of poses. With only rotating shoulders, right elbow movement and one turning wrist, you don't get much of an action pose. The only other downside is the lightsabers (as with most Jedi) breaks easily. That's the only reason I gave it four stars. Other than that, it's a...

3.0 out of 5 stars A decent figure to add to your collection.
Look familiar? Well it should, this Ki-Adi-Mundi figure is the same sculpt as the Episode 1 Ki-Adi-Mundi -except for his right arm. Generally, this figure looks better than the original: its paint ops are closer to the movie's (except for the beard), the new right arm allows for some posing, and he comes with a new lightsaber. However, he's far from perfect. Hasbro...

This action figure is pretty cool. He has 6 points of articulation and great detail. He can lift up his lightsaber with the magnet he has built into his hand. The ONLY downside is the lightsaber; it broke the first day I played with him. An easy solution is to buy the battle arena pack and replace the blue lightsaber blade with the new one(and before you start playing with any other jedi, you take the blade out and wrap sticky tac around the small peg at the end, then put it back in; or, you could mix up different blades with handles.)

Well, his right arm broke, but I fixed it. His lightsaber also broke, but I have a suggestion for people whose lightsabers break or get lost: get General Grievous. He has a Ki-Adi-Mundi lightsaber, so I use that. Overall, very fun.

Ki-Adi-Mundi loves Kiwis! Of course he doesn't shrink from rescueing two lovers and their worried monitor. I supose it's worth leaving some Kiwi's for that. But even better is how the toy companies even make a action figure of you! WOW! HE's Great! Very detailed and wise looking! Buy him now!

Hasbro got cheap with this one by using an existing sculpt to begin with. The new arm is a welcome change, but the left one looks odd in contrast. Because of this, posing is very limited and Mundi cannot hold his saber with two hands. The lightsaber is also a problem. The blade on mine seems to be jammed in so tightly in the hilt, that it would break if I tried to remove it. Aparrently the peg on the blade is so fragile, it doesn't take much. I've seen several carded Ki-Adi-Mudi figures with sabers broke at the hilt. Despite these flaws, he still looks good posed along side the other Jedi.

This review is from: Star Wars Attack of the Clones Jedi Master Ki-Adi Mundi Figure (Toy)
In attempting to collect as many of the Jedi that I can (after all they will all be wiped out in the next Star Wars movie), I was really excited to find the Ki-Adi-Mundi action figure become available in my area. Even though he isn't on screen very much, I found this Jedi with the big brain to be a very interesting character. The action figure is rather durable and comes with a lightsaber. It also comes with a Force Blast effect, but I find those things really annoying. The figure looks almost exactly like his screen counterpart, except the figures beard is grey instead of white like in the movie. Overall, a nice addition to have to any Star Wars action figure collection.
