5.0 out of 5 stars Same droid from episode 2
Same droid, same body, same everything. 11 points of articulation, missiles that load into the hole at the bottom of each blaster, a button on the back of the destroyer droid that moves its arms back and forth, and great detail. A good buy if you need droids, but you would be better off spending your money on clone troopers, commanders, and other new figures.

Why does hasbro waste time and money on this peice of junk? This is a re-release of the Ep.II Destroyer and it still stinks!

Re-release the Ep.I one instead!

This review is from: Star Wars E3 BF64 DESTROYER DROID (Toy)
In the STAR WARS universe, the Clone Wars is a galactic conflict between the Repulic and the Separationist Forces supported by the major galactic commerce organizations. The Separationist Forces have massed massive droid armies, most of which include some these special, Desroyer Droids. The toy itself isn't the most fun Star Wars figure on the market. However, it's nice to have a variety in one's own toy army and the destroyer droids help spice up a rather dull droid group. Younger fans of the series will probably enjoy this toy more than older ones because young fans haven't been as negative about the films.

A great toy, you can bend his legs, and take off his head, and for a lightsaber hit you can break him apart. I love the firing missle action, just push down on the enh on the rocket and it shoots out. I got my moneys worth out of this one!!

This toy is fun to play with even though there are a few flaws. #1 It's hard to figure out how to fire it's projectiles.{To fire press down on the the back part of the projectile when it is the droid's missle slot.} There may be another way to fire it but that's the way it worked on mine.#2 the droid does not roll up into a ball like in the movies. Even with these flaws it's still fun to play with.
