not bad at all....,

This review is from: Star Wars The Clone Wars: Jedi Alliance (Video Game)
Jedi Alliance - great title and It has a bit of a story that we haven't heard before. A bit of figuring stuff out. And a bit of a challenge, but not too hard. Buy it for a young star wars fan...it should not disappoint. Like the series, it is kid oriented. I like all the stylus action, I like the reading. Good buy, for the DS. Something closer to this for the wii would be welcome. Graphics are fine, music is not annoying. If you have a kid begging for it I'd say buy it. There are a lot worse games out there.
On a final note it is, of course, not as good as Lego Star Wars which you should buy first! My 8 year old son LOVES it. My daughter loves to watch.

This is an excellent game with good graphics and a great storyline! The lightsaber battles are cool and the minigames are fun. This is a story exclusive to the DS. I won't give away the story, but I will say that there are lots of new enemies. One of the fun aspects of the game is that you get to pick the Jedi to play as and a Jedi to help you. You can pick from Plo Koon, Kit Fisto, Mace Windu, Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Overall, this is a great buy!

I bought this game not to long ago and it is extremely fun. This game has the best graphics on the DS in my opinion. It has voiceover and even some mouth movement and facial expressions and movement. The levels are beautiful and most of the action is good. My only gripe is the on level where you have to be Artoo and Threepio the whole time and the length of the game. The game took me around 4 hours to beat but I am still playing it. Buy it for your kids, you wont be sorry!

My grandsons are 6 and 3. I bought the game for them and they really enjoy it! Even my granddaughter who is 7 likes the game. In part because the characters in the game are the same as the Clones Wars TV show they watch.
I think the graphics and sounds are excellent and it is a an easy game to learn. If you or your kids like Star Wars Clone Wars they will like this game!

Okay, Im a big Star Wars fan, but this game is a little too difficult for my taste. It is fun and challenging, but dont let anyone too aggressive with the stylus play it, or the screen may get cracked (if its even possible). For example, In the battle sequences, theres an annoying amount of screen tapping involved, which makes it very hard for me, and I keep getting my butt kicked by the enemies. But, overall, it is a good game, it just takes some getting used to i guess.

The first thing you'll notice when you fire up Star Wars The Clone Wars: Jedi Alliance for the DS is that the game boasts some impressive production values in terms of graphics and sound. The next thing you'll notice is that the amazingly simple touch-screen based controls make the game all the more fun and enjoyable. Selecting from a roster of Jedi's from the animated Clone Wars series including Obi-Wan, Anakin, Mace Windu, and more; Jedi Alliance pits you against adversaries such as Count Dooku, General Grievous, and the Separatist Army as the storyline takes place between Episodes II and III. The game boasts some fluid animation effects as you take on hordes of enemies, and there's some surprisingly detailed environments as well that really show off what the DS can do graphically. The game also boasts some great voice work and sound effects as well, with some moments of a dynamic musical score making things all the sweeter in the audio department. While the combat is the high point of Jedi Alliance, the game isn't without its flaws. Exploration and puzzle elements aren't nearly as fun as the combat elements of the game, and as a whole, the single-player mode is too short. However, there's plenty of unlockable extras to be uncovered, and the game's impressive production values more than make it worth checking out. All in all, Star Wars The Clone Wars: Jedi Alliance for the DS is definitely worth your time if you're a Star Wars fan or just like good action games, and even if The Clone Wars series isn't your thing, you'll find some definite enjoyment here.

I received this for a Christmas gift. When I started playing it, the beginning video was a little long, but interesting. When the game actually started, I liked it more. You have to pay attention to what you are doing because it moves quickly.

This game is a ok game its definetly not the best one and not the worst one. The game only allows you to play as 6 jedi of your choice. I think there could be some improvments to it such as not make it so slow and give it better replay value. The graphics are fine and the music is sort of like making you anticipate whats next. The idea of using your stylus as the lightsaber was a good one. The game should have been rated e to me. I find it hard to replay alot. Overall it is average i hope that republic heros is a better game.
