The Clone Wars (Vol I- DVD) animated series begins to bridge the gap between Episodes II and III with non-stop action! We get to see some of the battles raging on the different planets throughout the Star Wars galaxy. The series also alludes to the growing 'rage' inside Anakin, as he faces off against a formidable opponent. Star Wars fans, this is a must for your collection! Enjoy this DVD, and all its extras, as you wait patiently for "Revenge of the Sith."

An outstanding animated set of adventures, Star Wars-Clone Wars Vol. 1, brings to the screen 20 three-minute war stories from the Clone Wars.
Set between Episodes Two and Three, the film sheds light on events involving some of the most impressive jedi knights, including an amazing performance by Mace Windu, an underwater battle with Master Fisto (!), and of course Anakin Skywalker in a battle worth of song among others.
The cast have truly outdone themselves with their performances, which are AMAZING to say the least! All the actors, without exceptions, give it their 100% and it really shows (the animation does come ALIVE) allowing for a highly entertaining movie that can be watched over and over again.
The setting, the plot, the dialogues, the battle sequences, and the music are all EXCELLENT!
In short, Star Wars-Clone Wars Vol. 1 is a movie definitely worth watching and one to seriously consider adding to your Star Wars collection! (The film establishes a GREAT cliffhanger for the sequel, which is also a "must-see!")
