My Clone Wars loving 6 year old daughter wanted this for her Anakin. She got the Saesee Tiin fighter last year for Ahsoka Tano. This one has the ability to convert to two fighters with a slight pull and reconnects easily enough that she can do it. The figure fits securely and the cockpit is better designed. The astrodroid section is very well designed and will take the Clone Wars R2-D2 or Goldie very well and fits any other series astromech. This is an improvement over the episode III Jedi interceptors.

She loves it. Now she's nagging for the Ahsoka Tano fighter too.

Splits into two so dad and the little guy can play together. Well built all things considered in today's China world. Great droid space and good realistic looks!! Saving up for the x wing next. Glad they are remaking these again. Disney went right out the window with my little dude once the symphony music started and the fist chase scene from Star Wars 77 roared across our Plasma!! If your kids haven't seen the original trilogy don't let their minds be stuck on trains and earthly things. My dude's language and thoughts have soared into another dimension since watching all three originals!!!

I got this for my son's birthday and it has been one of the favorites toys for several weeks now. It has stood up to his rough play without a scratch.

This is a well made toy that looks very close to the movie version. It's really slick how it can split and join back into 2 parts. Nice seating for an R2 unit and an action figure.

My youngest 3 yr old son also enjoys playing with it too when the oldest one is not looking. It's easy enough for him to manage without getting frustrated. I wish I had toys like that when I was growing up.
