Product Description

BONUS: This edition contains an excerpt from Star Wars: Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter.

A dazzling new short story featuring Darth Maul, merciless apprentice of evil . . .

On the distant planet Dorvalla, precious ore is mined by two competing companies: InterGalactic Ore and Lommite Limited. Neither rival suspects that they are central to a sinister plot masterminded by Darth Sidious, Lord of the Sith, himself.

Dispatched by Sidious on his very first solo mission, Darth Maul infiltrates Lommite Limited. There, his unique gifts of deception and subterfuge will set off an explosive chain of events that could destroy both companies, leaving them ripe for takeover by the Trade Federation. But a vengeful Lommite Limited Manager with his own thirst for retaliation against InterGal could blow Maul's cover--and all of Sidious's fiendishly layed plans . . .

5.0 out of 5 stars Most excellent short story, January 5, 2012

This review is from: Star Wars: Darth Maul: Saboteur (Short Story) (Kindle Edition)
I must admit that I thoroughly enjoyed this short tale. I found it compelling and enjoyed the characterization, action, politics, and intrigue. It was pretty cool to see the Maul character roughed out a bit more. Such insight, when done well, is always exciting. Thanks to Mr. Luceno and all of the authors that worked on it. I also appreciate that there was no objectionable material. Peace out.

4.0 out of 5 stars You need to like Darth Maul to read this one, November 26, 2011
This review is from: Star Wars: Darth Maul: Saboteur (Short Story) (Kindle Edition)
In this book it presents Darth Maul as a normal person with a dark twist and the force. This book does not have a lot of darth maul but if you really like Darth Maul than you'll like the way he is presented in this book. All in all skip this book and you won't miss much but it's worth the two dollars.

Title has nothing to do with the story. I did enjoy it though. Good short story about Darth Maul setting up two corporations against each other. All in the end to help Darth Sidious' rise to power. Won't take you long to read & it's cheap. Go for it.
