Empire Is Awesome
Wow! As a fan of the original photo novels from the 1970's (Star Trek/Battlestar Galactica), I love this format. The editors have done a great job picking the right scenes from the film, and that is a tough job. Empire is a great continuation of A New Hope! Jedi is just as good!

Great for someone who doesn't have electricity and has never seen ESB
I cannot imagine why something like this has been published. I guess some fan-boys out there will like it. I didn't see anything about this that hasn't been seen or done somewhere else already.

Great book for kids,

My five year old son LOVES this book series. The comics of Star Wars are way too violent for him. Also, he is very sensitive to the movies themselves. Too loud, too violent sometimes. When we showed him these books, he just loved them. They are made of the movie itself, with the dialogs exactly as they are in the movies. He doesn't read yet, but he can follow the movie by just watching the images in the book.
I highly recommend it for young kids, not for adults, the movie is much better.
