Not only is it nice to get three new essential guides in one, but to have it in hardcover is even better. The content of this book surpasses any previous guides to the Star Wars Universe. Even though it doesn't include absolutely EVERYTHING that is being constantly introduced through novel, comic, and children's books, it is a great reference guide for everyone ranging from the casual SW fan to avid collectors, and especially to people like myself who are writers of sci-fi trying to join the ranks of other authors that have contributed to the ever expanding universe originally created by George Lucas back in 1976 with the adventures of Luke Skywalker. A lot of effort obviously went into these guides.
