4.0 out of 5 stars My son loves it, but,,,
My son loves the toy, but the turret assembly on the top comes apart too easily for my taste. My 6 year old thinks this is cool for him playing that he has blown the AAT up, but I find it apart too often. I'm afraid that if it comes apart this easy now, in a year or so it seems the top will simply stop going back on.

Like the other Star Wars ships, the...

2.0 out of 5 stars Pieces easily come off
My 5 year old loves the idea of having the tank, but the turret and side cannon parts are constantly falling off, and they are somewhat challenging to put back on. This frustrates my son a lot. I can super glue the side cannons so that they stay on, but the turret cannot be glued if you still want it to turn. The toy is definitely not built to hold up to the abuse it will...

Like the other Star Wars ships, the details and looks are great.

2.0 out of 5 stars blue hunk-of-junk, October 13, 2010

My son got this toy for his 6th birthday, nearly a year ago, and it was one of those toys I was going to return for something better - until my husband and son opened it the next day. PURE junk. All the parts pop off, I've even gone as far as to GLUE sections together with no luck! There is a lever in the back, I can only assume its to 'pop out' a figure from the top of the tank... but it never worked, in fact when we pressed the lever 2 OTHER parts popped off! The only cool thing about this toy is the little flipping droid wall on the inside of the tank, one side it a full droid and the flipped side it the droid after being fired bombed..... I wish i could fire bomb this toy! This toy is good for one thing: When my son takes his huge AT-AT toy & "stomps" the hell out of it, because he knows it will fall apart! clever boy. I miss the good old KENNER toys - Hasbro surely is not making the type of quality as expected!
