This was a stocking stuffer gift for our 7 yr old that turned out to more than worth it's cost. We played this round robin style with a group of 11 after dinner with each person (young as 5 and old as 73) supplying a word and the result was hysterical. Through the game my kids have learned parts of speech (what an adverb, adjective, noun) all while having fun ..even the grownups got a refresher. This brought young and old together after dinner, has a Star Wars theme and teaches you a little bit as well ...all for a few dollars.

I purchased 2 of the Mad Libs books before our last family vacation as a way to entertain my kids and keep them busy while waiting to get to the next rest stop or for dinner to arrive at our table. (It couldn't hurt to reinforce a little grammar as well.) Since my family loves the Star Wars movies, this seemed like the obvious choice. Many of the puzzles tell a "story" from a different character's point of view and there's a little something from each movie. There were a few puzzles that mostly required nouns and adjectives, making it good for younger children. A couple of puzzles ask for numbers or funny words, so even a preschooler could play.

My boys far preferred Mad Libs to Angry Birds and our family really enjoyed playing and laughing together. I'm sure the other diners at Denny's wondered what was so funny. Great family fun.

this is a gift for my 8 year old son... we had a blast and he actually learned something about grammer rules...

We gave my 8 year old nephew several Mad Libs and this is the one he noticed with greatest excitement.

This is great for when you're traveling in a car. It keeps the kids busy and entertained. Beware! There might be a lot of loud laughter, depending upon who you play this with.

Mad libs are an age-old tradition. They are invaluable for learning parts of speech (nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs...). My son loves Star Wars so now he can work on his English grammar while having fun!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loved it! It provided hours of entertainment. We love Mad Libs the way it is, but he is also a huge Star Wars buff, so that was an added bonus
