These chopsticks have magnets that allows you to change them into the dual-sided saber. My husband thought they are awesome because he loves sushi and Star Wars, and these went well with his Star Wars themed Christmas presents. The only thing that we hated was the fact that they basically fell apart. The silver pieces and magnets fell out of the plastic chopstick pieces. After he hot-glued everything back into their right chopsticks, they were fine. I was just annoyed that we had to fix them in the first place, but meh. They're still awesome looking and worth what I paid for them.

These are really great. Two quick notes though, first I have seen reviews say the caps on the magnets come off very easily. I gave them a good yank and had no problem. At any rate a drop of model cement or super glue would make them stay on permanently. Also worth noting with the Darth Maul set is the magnets in the end are pretty strong and heavy and make use as actual chopsticks more difficult. If you really intend to use these regularly as chop sticks I would suggest one of the other sets.

So, as many people are, my husband is a huge fan of Pho, and Star Wars. I got these for him for Christmas, he brings them places to show them off, uses them for the first three or so bites, and usually breaks out the wooden ones because the chopsticks themselves are rather slippery, AND the magnets on the ends keep him from using the sticks the way he usually does. However, if you are experienced with chopsticks, (I consider myself experienced) they work just fine. They came on time, they are adorable and I would recommend them.

I wear these as hair sticks. I wrap up my hair into a braided bun and then stick these through, and it looks so awesome. I get compliments all the time. I'm very happy with them.

You will win. Provided your opponents do not also possess light saber chopsticks of the good guy varietal. Then, it is inevitable for a sushi, tempura or grains of rice loss.

They don't light up like the new ones but the cool factor is still there. Magnets allow one to connect them as Maul would. Using them to eat takes practice but is a great conversation starter at Sushi bars. Now to get the rest to have sword fights while you wait for your food.
