I'm writing this review to combat the person below me, who said this toy is terrible. Ten years or so ago, I used to play with this thing all the time. It was so great that it is one of the few Lego sets I still possess. Of course, I was and still am an enthusiastic Star Wars fan, but this toy definitely is NOT poorly designed. It stayed together well enough to have never fallen apart while played with by the 11-year-old I used to be. I remember accidentally knocking it off the tall bookcase it rested on a few times, only to be relieved by how well it stayed together. Plus, it's modifiable! I remember adding extra canons to the exterior, and furniture to the interior.

Of course, there are negatives too... First off, it's not sized to scale. The Millennium Falcon depicted in the movies is much larger in comparison to the people who fit inside it. Consequently, the interior setup is a bit inaccurate. Then again, if it were designed to scale, it probably would've been too large to handle for the age category it was designed for... Additionally, there are at least TWO quad laser cannons in the Millennium Falcon in the movies (the gunnery cannons Luke and Han used to fight off the Tie Fighters in A New Hope). This Lego only has one quad laser cannon. That's a reason why I added an additional cannon myself from another Lego set when I used to play with this toy. I believe the second quad laser canon belonged directly under the top one, on the belly of the ship, so this is where I put it. It was a complicated improvisation requiring very special pieces, but I did it.

Overall, this is a great toy/model/collectible, and should suffice for any Lego/Star Wars enthusiast.

This Lego set is way to topheavy and it breaks apart so easily. I would call it a no buy!
