This figure is from The Vintage Collection; Aurra Sing as seen in the film Phantom Menace. The face has a good resemblance to the character in the film and the body is very detailed as well. It even include the antenna. Albeit not as thin as with the movie character, it looks very well from every direction.
Out of the box, this figure wears a plastic vest and a belt with two holster. All these are removable. It also includes a long rifle, two handguns which fit well in their holsters and a suitcase with four slots for lightsaber hilts, three of them already occupied.
This figure has:
- a ball-jointed head,
- ball-hinged shoulders, elbows and knees, and
- swivel wrists, torso and hips, but
- no articulated ankles.
Overall, this figure offers good likeness and posability.
It has all you could really want out of a vintage series 3.75, which, for me, is ball joints. Plus, when people who know about the Expanded Universe drop by, it's worth a few points to have Aurra Sing out in view.
Good buy, worth having.
The Bad: Her left hand is not sculpted to hold her other pistol, but it can brace the end of the rifle. In the comics and the Clone Wars EU, she is seen using lightsabers as she was once a Jedi trainee. An ignited lightsaber would have been a welcome addition. While I know she has long fingers, I think they are slightly too long for this scale.
The Good: Aurra comes with a case of lightsaber hilts that she has taken from the Jedi she's defeated (if you follow the EU you know what I mean), which is pretty cool. Her weapons are cool, and if you want to take off her holsters you can, the same with her vest. The face sculpt is dead on, something Hasbro has done very well with starting with the Vintage Collection. This is one of the rare figures you really don't need to customize, Also the price, you shouldn't pay more than $12 for this figure. This is also a properly scaled figure in compairison to the Prequel era characters.
I had to take off a star for the finger length but other than that, this is a very good figure. If you like Aurra Sing as a character or just want to get your hands on a minor character than this is a figure you need in your collection. It's also a big improvement over the Clone Wars version, but this is done in the movie style and not the animated style.

Excellent figure, and, in my opinion, the best Aurra Sing figure Kenner/Hasbro has ever made. The tons of accessories that she comes with makes the toy all that more wonderful!Published 12 months ago by Adam May

I picked this up to use as a prop for macro photography. She's pretty positionable, the joints work well, the guns stay in her holsters, and her signature rifle looks pretty... Read morePublished 21 months ago by Richard C. Drew
