Place R2-D2 figure in back for R2 sounds (R2-D2 figure sold separately). Authentic Star Wars sounds and phrases. Cockpit fits Luke Skywalker and most other Jedi Force figures (sold separately). X-Wing engines really light up. Fighter measures 12"L x 9"W.

Anyone with a young kid who is into Star Wars take note: These 'kiddie' lines of Star Wars toys (Galactic Heroes (small figures) and Jedi Force (larger figures)) are fantastic. This X-Wing is gigantic, as it fits the larger scale figure. It comes with a slot to fit the excellent R2-D2 and an opening cockpit that will accomodate the Luke X-wing pilot. The toy also has an extending landing leg, many sounds from the movies AND (the coolest for the little guy) all 4 of the X-wings engines light up in response to a touch from any of the buttons hidden across the ship. Very rugged, surprisingly large (and a little heavy for the really small ones). A great toy. Amazon/TRU has this for an excellent price, btw - many stores list the toy at $25-$30.

Don't bother with the tiny action figures if your tykes are preschool age. My 3 and 4 year old girls love this "spaceship" x-wing. It is big enough, durable enough, and has great sound effects, like the recording of the movie theme music and excellent R2-D2 sounds when you click him into his place. You'll have to buy extra action figures since this doesn't come with a pilot, but I found Luke, Chewy (which is my kids favorite), and R2 on the shelves at the stores. Darth Vader is almost impossible to come by right now but you can pay a little extra on ebay if you can't wait. My only complaint is sometimes the cockpit window snaps off but it clips right back on. It really is sturdy and the best part is that all the action figures you can buy to go along with it stand up easily without tipping over so the little ones don't get frustrated.

My name is Felix, I'm 4 years old and my dad is helping me type this. I like this toy, but the laser cannons keep breaking off. I can put them back on, but I wish they wouldn't keep coming off.But I like this toy anyway.
