I was very dissapointed the way this purchase was handled, shipped, and when arrived, and the media that you need to install in your computer or else you cannot really use an almost 350 dollars device was broken, the lack of support from the reseller (I won't even comment on Nikko since they are like a ghost company, not sure how they are still selling this)

About the product, the functioning of the whole package relies heavily on installing software on an XP (yes win XP!!!) computer. There is no other way to control the product or its camera.

Would you imagine the surprise and dissapointment when the cd rom within the box looked like someone would have hit it with a hammer (I wonder if that's part of Nikkos QA process). I've never seen a CD broken in that fashion, they get scratched or sometimes a hairline fracture, but no like someone hit it with a hammer. Besides the cd was well guarded and heavily wrapped so I doubt that happened during shipping.

This is by far the most dissapointing purchase thru Amazon I've ever experienced.
