Book Description

February 21, 2011
Cast into slavery by the machinations of the Sith, Ori Kitai believes she’s found her way back into the Lost Tribe—and perhaps a whole lot more. Ori’s discovery of a second starship gives her the opportunity to avenge the humiliations heaped on her family by the decrepit Grand Lord. Indeed, she could turn their entire society upside down—offering escape from their planetary prison.                But Ori encounters resistance from a surprising person: the seemingly humble farmer who took her in: a man with a secret past and an agenda of his own. He cannot allow Ori Kitai to unleash the Lost Tribe on an unsuspecting galaxy. But how can he stop the woman he loves without destroying them both?              BONUS: This edition contains an excerpt from Star Wars: Fate of the Jedi: Conviction.

Editorial Reviews

From the Author

The Fate of the Jedi novels introduce readers to a hidden Sith society, living apart from the rest of the galaxy for five thousand years. But how did they come to be? Lost Tribe of the Sith answers that question. Spanning millennia, this series of short stories introduces the original unlikely castaways -- and shows how their society was shaped.

The sixth episode, Sentinel picks up right where where Lost Tribe of the Sith #5: Purgatory left off. A castaway on a planet full of Sith castaways, Jelph Marrian is forced to fight the woman he loves in order to save the galaxy...

To follow the story of the Lost Tribe from the beginning, start with the first chapter,  Lost Tribe of the Sith #1: Precipice.

Couldn't stop reading March 14, 2011

I've just been reading this series this past week and have read them all in two or three sittings. Number six is a page turner for sure. Like the others, masterful storytelling and rich characters. Looking forward to seeing what happens with the characters and how they tie into FOTJ's lost Sith Tribe.

This is the best one yet. The story has finally advanced far enough for me to start to care about the characters, and understand what is going on.

This installment follows immediately from the fifth (Purgatory). It turns out that it's pretty hard to completely deceive a Sith who has risen to rule an entire planet. It's much easier to blow them up with a little republic ship.

Meanwhile, an ex-Jedi (not fallen, just separated) and a Sith hook up and tune out.

Hey...it's free
The series is good and ties loosely into the book Crosscurrent, which I thought was nice too. Easy read. The whole series won't take you long to read.

While this series won't be made into a major motion picture, it held my interest and was fun to read.

I enjoyed this book, my only problem was that it was too short. All of these book series condensed into one book would be great. But overall, i loved it
