This is a cool toy. snap on the crossbow thing and you are ready to fire it. It only comes with four darts, but you can also use darts from regular nerf guns and put them in the ammo clip. It is like a bolt-action rifle, so you have to reload after every shot,but after a while you can become good enough to reload it quickly. It also has a sniper scope, so you can...

I have owned ten nerf guns, but Chewbaccas Bowcaster has set a new standard of low. My sister got this for Chanukah and it shot about 5 feet. Save yourself 20 dollars and steer clear of this item. It will be a disapointment... guaranteed.

This is a cool toy! My 6 year old son loves it, but gets frustrated with it! It is very difficult to pull the plunger back (which has to be done to shoot the nerf bullets). Neat toy, but somewhat difficult to use!

Bought it for my 5 year old for his 5th birthday. It shoots clear across the room easy (15 to 20 feet). I can see some children having trouble pulling the plunger, but my son hasn't had any trouble with it. Tons of fun and the kids get to pretend they're in the StarWars universe battling Sith lords and storm troopers. How much better can it get?
