Firstly, let me start by saying that this item is NOT a toy. It's for display purposes only. Collectors of Star Wars memorabilia should be very happy with this item. The detail and quality on this item is amazing. The display base is also of a high quality. The company that manufactured this item also made other replicas from the Star wars universe that are equally as amazing as this item. It's unfortunate though that they no longer produce these items. However the attention to detail is awesome as well as the paint job and overall construction. I would definitely recommend this item to any serious Star Wars Collector. I am sure that my fellow collectors would all agree that this item is a very nice addition to their various collections. In short your Star Wars collection is not complete without this Tie Fighter. Even Darth Vader himself would be proud of this! You should get yours while they are still available at a great price. Believe me you won't be disappointed with this purchase! One other tip for prospective buyers , you should also get an Acrylic Dust Cover for this replica to protect and preserve from dust contamination.

Fantastic bargain but when I opened the box there was no plexiglass cover to go over the base. I had seen this item in a store and there was a cover. Fantastic detail, displays great but the cost of a custom cover is almost what I paid for the model.
Overall very satisfied, this item was originally over 300.00 from what I understand.

This is a very acurate model of Darth Vader's Tie Fighter, and a very nice bonus with this model is that Darth Vader is included. I am very pleased with this product. The packaging of this product is superb. Another fine product form Code 3!
