my three year old son is barely starting his STAR WARS education. he kept falling asleep on top of his action figures. OUCH i thought, so I figured this would be a great alternative...A SOFT VADER!!! now, the first shipment NEVER got to me but amazon replaced lickity split. my son LOVED it. it does get very annoying as vader only says one phrase...the other sound it makes is his legendary breathing. it is a wrestling buddy toy so it has a weird look to it but my son loved it nonetheless. these things are flying off shelves locally!

The good news is my son LOVED it. He has not put it down since we opened the box. Now for the bad news...ours doesnt work ;0/ I tried 3 sets of batteries and no luck. Luckily my son didnt realize that it was supposed to talk so I just removed the voice box and added some extra stuffing and gave darth some well hidden stitches.

I was originally going to get this for my son's christmas but he was with us and guess what he would not forget about it so I went ahead & gave it to him. I thought it was too cute!! He loves Darth Vader so it was perfect. He wrestles around with it, hugs it, but he will not take it to bed with him. Yeah it looks a little weird but it will not stop your little one from liking it. Toys R Us was almost out of these toys so if you want to give your little one this as a christmas present you better go ahead & get one now. He'll love it!!

My son, during his "Darth Vader" phase, was really enamored with this toy. It has a sound box inside that produces a catch phrase from the movie, and it makes the iron-lung breathing sound on a second squeeze. It's a lot of fun to toss around and tackle, takes a beating well, and doesn't show any signs of wear after being a sparring partner for more than 18 months. It's really a well-made, well-loved toy.

This present was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old grandson, Ryan. He is very into all aspects of the Star Wars toys and has almost anything you can imagine from their products. This toy, though has become one of his all time favorites. He plays with it continually and never goes to bed without his "Darth Vader". It is great for a child's imagination and is very, very durable. Even Daddy won't mind his son going to sleep with this character at his son's side.

This is a wonderful toy for all ages. I purchased one for my 6 year old and then had to order one for my 13 year old!!
