It “cures & prevents” Ethanol fuel problems such as water in fuel, or lost power. It also helps prevent phase separation, removes gums, varnish and carbon deposits and will stabilize gasoline for up to 1 year. STAR TRON MAKE TWO STRENGTHS OF THIS ADDITIVE. I CALLED THEM DIRECTLY .THIS IS THE WEAKER VERSION. BOTH ARE GOOD BUT ONE TREATS A LOT LESS GAS. THIS IS A FACTOR WHEN IT COMES TO PRICE. CONCENTRATED VERSIONS TREAT OVER 2.5 MORE GALLONS OF GAS. BUT DOESN'T COST TWICE AS MUCH.

If you are like me and don't have many options other than E-10 gas for your boat, then this is the product for you. I have been using StarTron for over a year in my boat and have never had a single startup problem related to gas. It is cheap insurance.
