What do sailboats and marathons have in common? Zippers. All kinds of zippers on a boat, most exposed to the elements. Running 60 miles a week means zipping jackets and carriers that must work well in the rain and snow, yanked on at weird angles, etc. Anyway, this stuff is great, it really works, even on nylon zippers, and lasts a long time. At a really good price.

The snaps on the playpen cover of my pontoon had gotten extremely hard to fasten and unfasten. You would have to "hit" some snaps in with your palm to snap them and when unsnapping, you would swear that you were going to tear the fabric right from the snap. After a dab in each snap, and a couple of snap-unsnaps, the snaps work like the day they were new. This is supposed to last a few months, which will mean once a year for me. The tube is big enough to last me several years.
