I spent close to 3 hours trying to get this cable to work - Used disk that came with cable, downloaded newer file from website - rebooted several times - nothing worked. It looks like the drivers are older but on the website their is a download for Windows 7. My machine is Windows 7 64 bit - maybe it does not work with this machine although their data sheet says that it does.
