Does what it's meant to do. The HP branded version is at least $10 more for a simple cable. Dont be led into buying something more expensive than what it has to be. The cable works great on the HP DC7800 computers with Dual Head 8400 GS cards. Will buy more when the need arises.

Works as described, no problems. Takes a DMS-59 and gives you two DVI ports, for dual monitors.

It's a converter/splitter. It does nothing more than take one DMS-59 output and makes it into two DVI output connections. I' bought it, connected it, and it's worked perfectly since the day I got it. But what really could go wrong with it? It's not like it has a lot of moving parts or it requires configuration. If you need to convert one DMS-59 output into two DVI output connections, this will work perfectly for the job.

The quality of the product looked fine, but I sent it back as I ordered the wrong configuration. I ordered another cable from same company and it works fine.

After we got the gate issue straightened out with UPS it arrived perfectly on time. I would suggest calling for anyone else that may have problems, they were much more helpful than going to the pickup facility and trying to get things straightened out.
