The product description and picture are inaccurate. I received a basic PLASTIC fan - though the model number does match that shown.I went ahead and installed it cause I don't have time for returns and all that jazz. It blows air like it's supposed to.

This product is quiet. I installed this fan in power supplier. double ball bearring system seems works. But I found out Office depot sells simiar product, which located very closed to my home. I am going to buy this kind of product from office depot next time to save shippping an handling fee.
