This works
This product is quiet. I installed this fan in power supplier. double ball bearring system seems works. But I found out Office depot sells simiar product, which located very closed to my home. I am going to buy this kind of product from office depot next time to save shippping an handling fee.

Don't buy based on appearance or claim of Aluminum
The product description and picture are inaccurate. I received a basic PLASTIC fan - though the model number does match that shown. I went ahead and installed it cause I don't have time for returns and all that jazz. It blows air like it's supposed to.
