I needed a longer DVI cable from my computer to monitor and this one works perfectly. This is a high quality cable, much thicker and more rubust that the one Dell supplied with my computer, with quality connections and fittings at both ends. Image quality to my monitor is great, no compatability or installation issues. Everything just works !

Shipping speed & packaging through Amazon were excellent also.

** Please note that this DVI cable is for a "Type M" port. Apparently, there are several different DVI port configurations (Type M, Type I etc), which are not compatable with each other. Just make sure you order the right type for your application.

I bought a new computer at work and needed to place the tower further than the standard 6 feet away from the monitors (or have cables coming over the top of the desk). An older monitor has the DVI connectors and these have worked perfectly with the extra length.

Packaging is done well, product arrived in great condition and worked great. Not much else to say about a cable, except it works as well and any other producing a great picture on screen.

Bought two of these DVI cables for my new custom built PC. They are strong and well built, and serve well between my two monitors and my PC. Excellent price for such good quality. I would recommend these cables to anyone.

The DVI cable works very well between the computer video card and the new Asus monitor. Picture is high quality and cable was easy to install.

One usually uses the term "extension cable" to refer to a cable with a male connector at one end and a female connector at the other. This cable has a male connector at both ends, as shown in the diagrams. So it's not an extension cable.

I bought this cable after another one I had bought turned out to have insufficient bandwidth to support my 1600x1200 monitor. This one works perfectly.
