I got transfer rates between to hard drives plugged into this device that beat any USB port but don't expect same rate if one drive in this card and another drive plugged into usb. Since we are working with TB we need files to transfer faster and this will handle the spped if you connect drives correctly.

when i bought this piece i expected at least for it to give me a transfer speed of 50+mb but i ended up getting a poor 39mb max
i dont recomend it
