USB DVI VGA External Multi Monitor Video Adapter - The USB2DVIE USB DVI VGA External Multi Monitor Video Adapter is the perfect solution for turning an available USB 2.0 port into a DVI-I port - providing high quality dual display or multi-display capability that can be used in a variety of settings in laptop or desktop applications. Capable of running up to five additional displays from a single source simultaneously (using five USB2DVIE External Multi Monitor Video Cards) USB2DVIE connects to a host computer through a USB 2.0 port to create a DVI-I connection that can be used to extend or mirror the desktop shown on the existing display - without having to open the computer case. Plus the USB2DVIE External Multi Monitor Video Card is VGA and HDMI capable allowing for VGA displays to be connected to a host computer through the USB2DVIE using the included DVI to VGA adapter; similarly a DVI to HDMI Adapter (HDMIDVIFM - Not included) can be used for connecting HDMI displays through the External Video Card. PLEASE NOTE that USB2DVIE is not able to support audio when using a DVI to HDMI converter.

Juat received the device a couple of days ago. Connected to my notebook to drive a 3rd monitor at 1024x1280 @32bit, picture looks great. No issues in installation (using win XP, reboot required).
Performance is very good - you can really work with 3 monitors. Don't expect that the performance to be the same as the bult in video adaptor( when you try scroll a complex web page you see that the picture is lagging but it doesn't affect efficiency) was able to also view some video as well in a window w/o problem. In short recommended.

Easy to setup, easy to use, great performance. I will be purchasing another one in the near future. It is great for dual projector display during training sessions. The quality exceeded my expectations.
