The one and only reason this mug did not earn a five was the vent hole. Unfortunately this hole is exactly where your nose lands when sipping from this wondrous cup. I corrected this small oversight by drilling two small holes on either side of the original nose hole, and voila! Air flow and coffee flow once again!

I left mine on top of my car. It bounced a couple of times, and was fatally wounded. This is the best coffee/tea cup that I have ever seen/had. Ice keeps in it 10+ hours. I've been looking for one of these for a long time. Every time I went into Starbucks I looked for one, but never saw it again. Can't wait to finally get a replacement.

My mother has a rolling walker and this is perfect. She can put it on the seat, push the walker around the house, and it does not spill. It has held up well for over 1 year. It keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a mug, but this is truly the best mug that I have ever had. I purchased it years ago a Starbucks, and like one other reviewer commented, it keeps drinks cold or hot for an amazingly long time, even without the lid on. I would love to find a replacement, as I misplaced the top long ago, but still use it as an everyday mug around the house.
