Product Description

Rare and out of stock in almost all Starbucks locations, this 20 oz. "Venti" insulated tumbler comes with a reusable straw as well. Dishwasher (but not Microwave) safe, this cup is intended for cold drinks. The tumbler design keeps the cold in the cup- ice stays frozen for hours and produces no condensation on the outer wall! No more frozen hands or laps as you enjoy your favorite iced drinks. You can save money on refills in most Starbucks locations. Ask your local Starbucks what their policy is. This is a great way to begin your "green" way of life. Just think of all the plastic cups you will not be throwing away anymore!

I was going to order this from amazon because I had a few other items to order and wanted it all bundled together but when I saw the price of this cup compared to what Starbucks charges... it's $15 more here. What a con!!! Just go to starbucks.com and save the money.

I love this cup! Very cool looking. BPA-free and dishwasher safe. It keeps the ice solid for hours... and the outside of the cup stays dry. Don't you hate when your iced drink is neglected for 30 minutes and has all the ice melt and you've got 50% water and a mildly chilled drink and sweaty cup? NO MORE I TELL YOU!!!

No more frozen or wet hands (or laps) from holding and sipping an iced cup on a hot humid day. No more puddles on the desk. A coworker is not a SB fan but got one just to keep for ice water at work. This is not the cheap cup you get for $8-12 at any store. Thick double-walled so it keeps cold for a long time. You will be dumping out the ice because it stays solid long after you finished your drink. If you want to "stretch" the value of your drink you can always add a little water when it gets low... but you won't count on the ice melting much to do it for you.

As superior as I have found my (now ancient) steel Starbucks travel cup to be for hot coffee... (much better than other common cups) I believe this cold cup is likewise a standout performer. SB has other cold cups, I don't know if they are better or worse but I know I like the appearance of this one the best.

Before getting this, I was not throwing the regular clear plastic cups in the trash (recyclable plastic). I'd stack them up and in a week the stack is a foot high. ;) No longer! At my rate of 20-30 drinks or so a month and the 10 cent discount SB gives on refills the cup pays for itself in half a year or so. (Gotta love the iced Americano on a hot day... sometimes I love it twice!). Makes a great gift if you know someone like me always gets a certain size drink!

I really love this cup. It is perfect for cold drinks and really does keep condensation off of your hands. I would not recommend using it for hot drinks or putting it in the dishwaher or microwave. I am constantly being asked where I got it! A very good reusable cup!

I am in LOVE with this cup. I bought it late spring at my local Target Starbucks, and then later picked up a few for teacher's gifts. I came here looking for more, and see that they are selling for $100+....what the????? I paid $15 for mine. Wow. Talk about supply and demand. The #1 gripe of mine, living through Minnesota summers, is the wet glasses. I use this tumbler for tea, soda, iced coffee..you name it. It holds up the humidity pretty well. Its breaking point is about 90 degrees with 100+ heat index, left in the car for more than 2 hours. Then it got a little sweaty, and the ice started to melt.

My biggest complaint with the cup is the inner rubber?acrylic? on the lid...my lid does not 'turn' completely, and therefore, the lid is slightly askew and tends to bump off if you grab it by the lid. So, I have to be sure to grab it by the cup base. Other than that, this thing is genius!

My sister loves this cup. Doesn't leak, looks nice and you can take it to Starbucks and they will fill it right up.

The cup is a good insulator and fits in my cup holder but it is not very durable so if you drop it it will break.

I highly recommend this product for iced drinks. It does not have to have the Starbucks label on it (although, by having that on there, I feel like I am treating myself to starbucks daily, without the financial burden). The size is perfect, the container is well made and fits nicely in my car cup holder. I make myself a vanilla cup of coffee, with cream every morning - made to my own specifications - and what more can I say...I enjoy the taste and feel as though I have just ordered my own coffee and spent 1 fifth of the price.
